Carlos has worked for Conservation International for 12 years and is currently working as Director for Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador and Belize. He is also working with MARTI Partners to coordinate the tourism initiative for the Mexican, Belize, Honduras and Guatemala Reef Region.
