Antonio Pares has 20 years designing hospitality and residential projects, most recently for Miraval Resort near Tucson, Arizona and Queenstown Resort in Maryland. As staff architect under New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, Antonio helped draft an executive order, a green building initiative, requiring all new or renovated state buildings to be LEED® certified. Antonio is originally from Costa Rica.
