Civil Engineer degree, University of Costa Rica. Since 1978 he worked in several Latin American countries as Project Director in heavy construction, including railroads, mining, oil fields, dams, airports, and the Panama Canal Widening Program. He joined Peninsula Papagayo in 2003 as Construction Director and was appointed as Operations Senior Director in 2004.
